The Enhancing Consumer Engagement workshops used The University of Queensland’s Engagement Toolkit as a guide to
- assessing how consumer engagement is done in a service,
- the range of options for how engagement could be done differently, and
- how to plan, implement, and evaluate the practice change.
The Toolkit is free to download and use from UQ’s website here.
In the workshops, participants used the Toolkit to assess their own services and start to plan some actions to take. You can follow the same process using the Toolkit from UQ’s site. We will shortly be adding some more resources to help you use the Toolkit and walk you through the process.
