As part of the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety, the Counsel Assisting the Commission developed proposals for consideration in a redesigned aged care system.
During July 2020, COTA Queensland engaged with people living and working across Queensland to hear their views on some of these proposals, as well as the impact of COVID-19 on aged care. What we heard will inform our ongoing advocacy work and was shared with COTA Australia to inform their submission to the Royal Commission.
