An update from the Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland

The Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland (EWOQ) team are not meeting with stakeholders or customers in-person at this time, but they are continuing their dispute resolution services by phone and online for energy and water customers. They are working with energy and water providers to support vulnerable customers as credit-related and customer service issues are experienced in the weeks and months ahead.
