Technology use in social programs for older adults

Researchers from the University of Melbourne are conducting a study to understand how various technologies are being used by community groups and local government organizations to support older adults, especially those who live independently, in maintaining social connectedness during COVID-19.

If you run a social program, they would like to invite you to share your experience of using technologies to support older adults, by participating in an online interview. Your participation will help the researchers explore possible design opportunities of technology-mediated solutions to support older adults’ social connectedness in the future. This study has been approved by the university’s ethics committee (ID 1851239.1).
