The Human Rights Act 2019 will protect 23 rights, including the right to privacy, access to education and health services, cultural rights, and more, and is expected to commence on 1 January 2020.

The objective of the strategy is for every Queenslander to have safe, secure, and affordable homes that meet their needs and enables participation in social and economic life.
Take action now! Sign the petition and join the campaign to ensure the new Minister for Health, Greg Hunt, acts quickly to fix this historic anomaly and give nursing home residents the same access to mental health services as everyone else.
