COTA Queensland has been appointed to the Taskforce to advise the Queensland Government on housing options and approaches to support older Queenslanders to retain their independence into old age and control how and where they live.

Currently there are more than 39,544 women aged over 65 and over across Queensland 'doing it tough'.
