Showcasing Communities

We are sharing stories and resources to promote innovative and collaborative partnerships in the aged care sector.

The videos and stories collected highlight some of the positive outcomes achieved through these partnerships as told through the voices of community members and service providers across Queensland.

If your community has an innovative and collaborative approach to improving outcomes for people accessing and using aged care services in your community or region, we’d love to hear about it.  Please email our team at  CHSPsectorsupport@cotaqld.org.au
