We have been notified that a third party website is profiting by charging people a fee to lodge their Seniors Card application online.
The Seniors Card program is FREE to eligible customers and there is no charge for registering to obtain a Queensland Seniors Card.
Queensland customers are advised only to register for free on this official site www.qld.gov.au/seniorscard, or over the phone by calling 13 QGOV (13 74 68) or in person at a Queensland Government Service Centre.
The Queensland Seniors Card offers eligible seniors access to a range of government concessions as well as discounts and special offers at participating outlets.
