For those of you following the inquiry into the Queensland Government’s economic response to COVID-19, the Economics and Governance Committee is calling for affected Queensland businesses, organisations, industry groups and individuals to make a submission (see inquiry webpage) up until 5pm on Tuesday 30 June 2020.
The committee is planning to hold public hearings in Brisbane on 13 and 17 July 2020 with representatives from affected industries and key economic experts and commentators. Further hearings may be held later in July and/or in early August.
