Anyone living in an aged care facility, their family or representative who needs support can contact the Older Person’s Advocacy Network on 1800 700 600.
OPAN can also be of assistance to aged care providers during COVID-19 by assisting in communication with people living in the facility, their families and representatives and by providing an independent person outside the organisation to whom they can speak.
