The Hopkins Centre, Griffith University is conducting a short online survey asking NDIS participants about the coordination of their NDIS funded plans. The survey is open to individuals, or family and guardians of individuals, who are currently receiving a NDIS funded plan. This survey aims to learn about your NDIS plan and what is or isn’t working well and should take around 5 minutes to complete.
