As part of Energy Queensland’s ongoing commitment to understanding customers’ needs and expectations in relation to the energy industry and future energy behaviours, Ergon Energy Network and Energex are working with Griffith University to explore people’s preferences around energy technology solutions, pricing options and service requirements.
This research will provide Ergon Energy Network and Energex with useful customer insights into future energy usage, renewable technologies and how best to support customers through these changes.
The team have already run one round of discussion groups, and the second round of the research will be in November.
